Partnership Foundations

What the Academy is - Your essential starting point for building a high-performing partner ecosystem

Partnerships aren’t just a business function – they’re about trust, alignment, and growth. And yet, most partner programs fail not because of strategy, but because of misalignment and missed opportunities. That’s why we created Partnership Foundations – the first course in Branchworks Academy. It’s designed for anyone stepping into a partnerships role, building a program from scratch, or looking to turn potential into performance. Led by Eleanor Thompson, founder of Branchworks, with £50M+ in partner-sourced ARR and 20+ successful programs under her belt, this course blends practical strategy with a human-first approach to collaboration. You’ll learn how to generate revenue, align stakeholders, and build partnerships that scale.
